A monorail construction method for preserving nature without destruction of the forest, and a working trolley and a transport trolley thereof are provided to prevent accidents due to a land mine or deformation of soil structure by installing a moving passage and mounting a large moving unit without destruction of natural environment. A working trolley includes a working unit provided with a generator(300), a driving motor(301) and an actuator(303) suspending, drawing and transferring cargo operated by the driving motor and loaded on a frame, a driving unit composed of front and rear driving units(305,306) generating driving force for backward and forward movement by a power supply unit and installed in a lower part of the frame, and the frame fixing the working unit and the driving unit and adjusting a control panel. The generator, the driving motor and the actuator are arranged in parallel with the ground by expanding or contracting a generator adjusting rod(300a) and a driving motor adjusting rod(301a) installed in bases(300b,301b) according to the gradient angle of a monorail.
