PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically share image information between a portable terminal device 100 and a receiving device 200 via a mail server 31 during communication carried out between a calling part 11 and a telephone 21. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal device 100, a photographing part 14 acquires image information to be shared, while a workflow progress part 18 makes the photographing part 14 acquire the image information to be shared based on a predetermined procedure while communication is made between the calling part 11 and the telephone 21, and the acquired image information to be shared is transmitted to the receiving device 200 via the mail server 31.
