PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced soil wall structure which can firmly restrain fill, which enables the construction of a solid reinforced soil wall, which can reduce earth pressure acting on a wall surface material, and which enhances the stability of a retaining wall by suppressing the displacement of a wall surface material. SOLUTION: The reinforced soil wall is constructed through the following steps: the one-end side of a tension-resisting member is connected to the backside of the wall surface material which forms the retaining wall; the other-end side of the tension-resisting member is extended in the direction of separation from the wall surface material; a front-side anchor plate is connected to the vicinity of the side of one end, adjacent to the wall surface material, of the tension-resisting member; a rear-side anchor plate is connected to the other-end side separated from the wall surface material; and the fill is charged and subjected to rolling on the backside of the wall surface material, so that the tension-resisting member and the front-side and rear-side anchor plates can be embedded.
