ANTI-TUMOR VACCINE HAVING INNATE- AND ACQUIRED IMMUNE ACTIVITY AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION

An anti-tumor vaccine having the activities of innate immune and acquired immune is provided to ensure excellent anti-tumor activity, prevent and treat cancer. An anti-tumor vaccine comprises X-vaccine containing a inactivate tumor cell which immunogenicity against the tumor is enhanced by heat-treating the tumor cell; and F-vaccine which fixes the tumor cell with formaldehyde. A mixed vaccine comprises X-vaccine and F-vaccine in a weight ratio of 1:1. The tumor vaccine further comprises a silica which is an immunity enhancer.
