A method for treating the lesions of the right ventricle in the patients with myocardial infarction of the posterior wall of the left ventricle provides for dextran infusion for six days in the setting of the basic therapy and the sympathycomimetic support with the amines (Dopamine, Dobutamine) at the average and small doses. According to the indications, the artificial ventilation of the lungs and the temporary electrocardiostimulation are performed. |
