<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin type display which has excellent visibility even in a light or dark place. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal layer 70 is placed between a substrate 10 on which a plurality of light emitting elements 20 including reflection electrodes 21, and a transparent substrate 60 provided with a transparent electrode 63 and a color filters 61.
