The present invention relates to a multilayer heater using a heating paste composition, which can emit a large amount of heat in a limited area or space. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a multilayer heater includes a plurality of unit heaters three-dimensionally stacked. Each of the unit heaters includes an insulating substrate, a sheet heater, and a plurality of electrode terminals. The sheet heater is formed by printing a heating paste composition on the upper surface of the insulating substrate. The plurality of electrode terminals are formed on the sheet heater at regular intervals, and each have an end portion protruding to the outside of the sheet heater to receive a voltage. Electrode terminals positioned on the unit heaters to correspond to each other are electrically connected to each other.
