<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator for an aerosol container, which can be operated in a stable state and with which the contents of the container can be jetted directly on a cloth or a tissue to make it usable as it is. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator comprises a stem connection 11 connected to a stem 2, and a cylindrical jetting out part 15 with an upper end opening, which determines a position of jetting out the contents and carries out a press jetting operation via a cloth to which the jetted contents are to be applied. Inside the cylindrical jetting out part 15, a discharge part 12 for jetting and spreading the contents over the upper opening edge of the jetting out part 15 is arranged, and a guide 20 for guiding the press jetting operation of the jetting out part 15 is arranged on the stem connection 11. Further, a fit-in connection 18 for attaching or removing the jetting out part 15, which is set upside down, on the top of the container as a cap is arranged on an opening end 16 of the jetting out part 15. The cloth or tissue is held to the opening end 16 of the jetting out part 15, which is then pressed down as it is guided by the guide 20, making the contents jet out in a stable manner on the cloth or tissue, which is used as it is.
