PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet discharge device and an image formation apparatus capable of aligning recording sheets in a state in which the recording sheets are easily taken out without making the device large in size.SOLUTION: A sheet passing guide 302 having a guide surface 302g is provided just above a pair of discharge rollers 301 for discharging a recording sheet upward in a vertical direction, and the sheet passing guide 302 guides the recording sheet so that the recording sheet is supported on an upper end of a sheet discharge guide 303. A stocker 304 storing the recording sheet is provided on an opposite side to the sheet discharge guide 303 across the paired discharge rollers 301. A rear end of the recording sheet passing through the paired discharge rollers 301 is guided to a driving roller 301d and falls in the stocker 304. The recording sheet is accumulated in the stocker 304 so that a central portion is curved to contact the guide surface 302g and a tip end portion thereof protrudes from the sheet discharge guide 303. |
