PURPOSE:To obtain an antistatic easy-adhesive polyester film excellent in the adhesiveness to an ultraviolet-curing resin by providing the first layer containing a specific resin or a copolymer thereof to at least the single surface of a polyester film and providing the second layer with specific thickness containing an antistatic agent thereon. CONSTITUTION:The first layer provided to at least the single surface of a polyester film, that is, the easy-adhesive layer contains a resin selected from a polyester resin, an acrylic resin and a polyurethane resin or a copolymer thereof. Herein, the polyester resin is pref. copolyester and the acrylic resin is pref. a (meth)acrylic copolymer, the polyester film coated with an aqueous coating solution forming the first layer is dried, stretched and thermally fixed to be completed in orientation and crystallization. The second layer provided on the first layer, that is, the antistatic layer contains an antistatic agent and the coating amount thereof is set to 1/5 or less that of the easy-adhesive first layer on a dry film thickness basis. By this method, a film having excellent adhesiveness to an ultraviolet-curing resin and a surface resistivity value rhos of 10<9>-10<11>OMEGA/square is obtained. |
