摘要

A DNA coding for cell-surface polypeptides of Porphyromonas gingivalis, and a recombinant DNA containing the above DNA integrated thereinto. A microorganism containing the recombinant DNA can produce cell-surface polypeptides of periodontal disease bacteria, useful for preventing and diagnosing periodontal diseases, in a large quantity.
