摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of dendrite to effectively perform the electrolytic deposition to a molten negative electrode metal. SOLUTION: A molten metal 16 and a molten salt electrolyte 17 are stored in an electrolytic container 15. An inuslative container 23 having therein a porous container 19 having therein a spent metal fuel 18 and a molten negative electrode metal 24 is arranged in the electrolyte 17. A stirring vane 25 for stirring the surface of liquid of the metal 24 in the container 23 is arranged in the container 23. The vane 25 is connected to a rotary shaft 26 and rotated by a motor 27. A support rod 20 supporting the porous container 19 serves as a positive electrode while the molten negative electrode metal 24 serves as a negative electrode and then electrolys is made, so that the urane and plutonium of usable unclear fuel in the spent metal fuel 18 are deposited on the metal 24. By stirring the molten metal disturbance generates in the surface thereof to thereby restrain generation of dendrite.</p>
