PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air from being entrapped in an inner side part of a perpendicular wall, and to prevent generation of inconveniences such as resonance noise during the operation and a sense of incompatibility for the pressing operation of an operating member by cutting a through hole for air vent in the perpendicular wall suspended from a lower part of an outer circumference of a stem through a flange. SOLUTION: An outer side of a perpendicular wall 10 suspended from a lower part of an outer circumference of a stem 6 through a flange 9 is brought close to an inner side of a cylinder 5, and a stem guide part provided with a rugged part on an outer surface of the perpendicular wall 10 so as to enable the vertical distribution. A through hole 13 for air vent is cut in the perpendicular wall 10, and a plurality of longitudinal projected bars are projected on the outer surface in the peripheral direction to form a rugged part. When an upper end part is located at an upper part of the perpendicular wall 10, the air is excellently prevented from being entrapped, and the shape and the member are appropriately selected taking into consideration the capacity, etc., of a pump. When an operating member B is vertically moved and the liquid in a container body 2 is introduced into a cylinder 5, no air is entrapped inside the perpendicular wall 10, and inconveniences such as a sense of incompatibility, or misunderstanding the generated noise as that from a defective product can be solved. |
