Electrical connector for motor car door

The connector includes two cooperating components (10,20) and a support (30). A rigid box (32) is placed on the support which is attached to the chassis of a car. The box has a cylindrical shape with an opening (33) at its end. One of the connector components (10) is inserted in the opening where it is fixed by its enlarged base (12). The second component is fixed on the car door. This component presents a centring cone (22) which engages the first component (10) when the two parts establish the electrical connection.
