1、一种侧倾固定ψ法为主的微机控制应力测定仪,是由开关电源(33)、微电脑(34)、测量头和三脚支架(2)构成,其特征在于:测量头的2θ圆弧滚动导轨(17)上,滚动配合有左右滑块(16),两滑块分别固定在钢带(15)上,由电机(14)、蜗杆蜗轮(32)、轮鼓(13)带动,左右滑块同时作等距相向或相反运动,20圆弧滚动导轨(17)和电机、蜗轮蜗杆分别固定在2θ基体(12)上,两滑块上分别安装有X射线管组件(19)、X射线探测器(18);在ψ圆弧滚动导轨(21)上滚动配合有滑块(10),滑块(10)由电机(23)、蜗杆蜗轮(22)、轮鼓(26)、钢带(25)带动,沿圆弧滚动导轨(21)作往返运动,导轨(21)和蜗杆蜗轮(22)、电机(23)分别固定在ψ基体(20)上,滑块(10)上固有弯板(11),弯板(11)与2θ基体(12)轴连接,2θ导轨(17)可绕轴旋转0-90°角,使两圆弧滚动导轨平行;三脚支架(2)的横梁(31)上固有直线滚动导轨(29),配合有三维平移机构,三维平移机构由连接块(9)与ψ基体(20)及整个测量头连为一体。
