A reflector (3) and a movable reflector element (6) are provided on upper portion of a light source (2). The reflector and light source are moved relatively, when switching between difference and main beams is performed. The reflector element reflects the non-effective light beam through a diffusion plate (4), towards front side of vehicle, on the road surface.
