PURPOSE: A device for automatically toasting seaweed is provided, which inhibits the production of harmful components and the destruction of nutritive elements while toasting the seaweed. CONSTITUTION: The device for automatically toasting seaweed consists of: a frame(2) comprising a bottom plate(10), a left plate(12), a right plate(14), and multiple upper plates(16)(18); an inclined plate(4) extended to the left and right plates(12)(14) and having a space with the bottom plate(10); a couple of roller-setting brackets(6)(8) vertically fixed between the multiple upper plates(16)(18) and the inclined plate(4); an oil-coating element(20) for simultaneously transferring seaweed(S) and coating oil on the surface of seaweed(S); an oil-coated seaweed transferring element; a salt adding element for spraying salt on the surface of the oil-coated seaweed(S); and a toasting element for toasting the oil-coated and salt sprinkled seaweed by heating. |
