PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of producing a lamination type or flat type element by mixing BaNb2O6 with Ba5Nb4O15 in a specific ratio and incorporating a specific quantity of B2O3 or V2O5 as a sintering assistant to simultaneously fire with a metal electrode such as silver. SOLUTION: Ba5NbO15 having dielectric constant of 39, dielectric loss (tan δ) of <1×10-4 and about -100 ppm/ deg.C temp. coefficient in microwave frequency band and BaNb2O6 having dielectric constant of 30, dielectric loss (tan δ) of <1×10-4 and a positive temp. coefficient are mixed with each other to be expressed by a formula, (1-x)Ba5Nb4O15-xBaNb2O6 ((x) expresses 0-1). B2O3 or V2O5 is incorporated by <=7 wt.% in the mixture to obtain the low temp. simultaneously firing dielectric ceramic composition capable of simultaneously firing (at about 900-1200 deg.C) with the metal electrode of silver, copper, nickel, palladium, platinum or the like, which is used for a laminated capacitor as a dielectric. |
