PURPOSE: An instantaneous water heater and boiler is provided to achieve effective use of heating device with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A boiler comprises an electrolytic analyzing furnace(1) installed to electrolytically analyze water and obtain hydrogen and oxygen at the same time, an ignition device(2) which ignites utilizing thus-generated gas, a water inlet pipe(3) for supplying water from an external source, a circulation pump(4) for circulating the heated water, a water container(5), and an automatic controller(6) for controlling temperature of gas and water. Thus, the existing resource conservation can be achieved, overcoming energy shortage problem.
