PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate humidification even if a surrounding ambient temperature is low. SOLUTION: It is judged which of setting temperature regions being stored in advance a detection temperature by a temperature detection means corresponds to. A correction temperature is obtained by correcting the detection humidity by the humidity detection means according to the setting temperature region concerned, or the setting moisture is increased.
