A coupon providing method is provided to offer a coupon, which provides a service connected with a ticket and is included into a ticket, to a client when the client reserves the printed form of the ticket and the ticket is sold through a ticket coupon issuing apparatus, thereby providing the coupon capable of receiving a service suitable for a location and time inputted in reserving the ticket to the client. A ticket coupon management system(100) offers, administers, and operates a ticket reserved or purchased by a client and a ticket coupon which operates with the ticket and provides a ticket-linked service. In a manless ticket coupon issuing machine(115), a kiosk providing ticket reservation and sale services is connected to the ticket coupon management system. The manless ticket coupon issuing machine provides an optimized ticket coupon to the client with the ticket. The ticket coupon issuing machine automatically produces a coupon optimized to the client through the analysis of CRM information, provides the produced coupon to the client, or makes the client select a desired coupon. The ticket coupon management system comprises a ticket DB(105) storing ticket information and a coupon DB(110) storing coupon information. The coupon DB stores the ticket coupon which operates with the ticket provided through the ticket DB and provides a ticked-linked service. |
