PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a discharge from jumping in a touch panel, the discharge being generated due to a contact operation on a surface of an operation panel of the touch panel.SOLUTION: An insulating layer 15 covering a wiring layer is formed on a transparent substrate, and a front conductive layer 45 is formed on a surface of the insulating layer 15. The front conductive layer 45 is formed of the same material and in the same process as those of jumper wiring layers 41, 42, and 43. The front conductive layer 45 is covered by a transparent adhesive layer 5, and has a part of which projecting to the outside from a side edge part 5a of the transparent adhesive layer 5 and further projects to the outside from a side end face 3a of an operation panel 3. A discharge to the operation panel 3 transmitted through a surface of the operation panel 3 can be released to the front conductive layer 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
