PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated electric wire having an insulating layer formed of a polyvinyl chloride resin which can enhance heat resistance, at low cost.SOLUTION: In an insulated electric wire 1 in which the periphery of a conductor 2 is covered with an insulating layer 3 containing a polyvinyl chloride resin, the insulated electric wire 1 is structured by applying a dispersion liquid, which contains a binder resin and is formed by dispersing polytetrafluoroethylene into a solvent, to the periphery of the insulating layer 3, and forming a thin film layer 4 which has a thickness in a range of 5-200 μm and contains polytetrafluoroethylene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
