a point of transaction device for identifying information about a transaction, the point of transaction device identifying a checkout token for use in the transaction; and an NFC device, in communication with the point of transaction device, receiving the checkout token from the point of transaction device, the NFC device wirelessly communicating the checkout token to an NFC reader of an NFC enabled mobile device, for use by a mobile application of said NFC enabled mobile device.
