<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for attaching straws, spoons, chopsticks, toothpicks, accessories or the like to drink bags. <P>SOLUTION: While position control 21 is exerted, an adhesive zone 12 with an adhesive 20 applied thereto and a non-adhesive zone 15 are alternately provided on carrier tape 4. The carrier tape 4 is superimposed on pocket tape 1 that has pockets 2 in which straws or the like are accommodated, and thus the adhesive 20 is transferred to the pocket tape 1. The tape is cut into a suitable number of pockets 2 and then the pockets 2 are stuck to the drink bags. A belt can also be used circularly for the carrier tape 4.
