PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop joint cover device capable of efficiently preventing intrusion of rainwater and wind, and capable of preventing intrusion of the rainwater and the wind to the inside by absorbing swing motion of left-right buildings even if the left-right buildings swingingly move in different longitudinal/lateral directions due to an earthquake.SOLUTION: A rooftop joint cover device is constituted by an end part cover 26 capable of externally rotating a tip part supported by a support tool 14 installed on an outer wall of the other building 4 of both end parts of a joint cover 1, a fixed rainwater infiltration preventing cover 27 abutting up to a central part of a rainwater infiltration preventing cover 10 of a throating cover 11, an outside movable cover 28 capable of externally projecting at least one central part and installed on the outer wall of the left-right buildings 3 and 4, an outside movable cover holding mechanism 29 for holding a state where the central part of the outside movable cover 28 can always project to the outside,and an energization mechanism 30 installed in the end part cover 26 and energizing so that the fixed rainwater infiltration preventing cover 27 always abuts on the rainwater infiltration preventing cover 10 of the throating cover 11. |
