<p>PURPOSE:To simply and quickly execute a series of processes and to obtain a bag being excellent in durability, as well by forming an end edge of an interior body in a shape bent to the outside and forming integrally a port edge frame having a U-shaped engaging groove by the inside surface of the interior body, a turn-back piece and its connecting piece in the whole periphery of the part concerned. CONSTITUTION:An exterior body 20 and an interior body 30 are formed separately, respectively, and in this case, in the end edge part of the interior body 30, a port edge frame 34 is coupled as one body therewith. This port edge frame 34 is formed by forming the end edge of the interior body 30 in a shape bent to the outside and providing a U-shaped engaging groove opened to the outside by the inside surface 30a of the interior body and a turn-back piece 31, and a connecting piece 32 on the part concerned, and the whole is constituted by injection molding. This interior body 30 is fitted to the inside surface of a recessed and curved part of the exterior body 20, but in this case, an end edge part 21 of the exterior body 20 is inserted into the U-shaped engaging groove 33 of the port edge frame 34 of the interior body 30. As for a case body 10 constituted in such a way, two sets are constituted symmetrically or asymmetrically, and it will suffice that they are coupled with a hinge metallic fixture 50 in the bottom part in a clasp-hand shape.</p> |
