PURPOSE:To provide a paper carrying mechanism for an electrophotography device capable of surely charging the continuous paper having the feeding holes to a paper carrying mechanism part while the generation of the artificial damage for a photoreceptor drum is preliminarily prevented and the frequency of exchange of an expensive photoreceptor drum is lowered. CONSTITUTION:A paper separating guide 9 is provided close to a photoreceptor drum 1 in the downstream with the transfer point in the paper carrying direction as the reference. A paper feeding roller 10 is provided between a copier 2 and an upper pin belt tractor 5 in the downstream of the paper separating guide 9. In addition, a paper pressing roller 11 is provided opposite to the paper feeding roller 10.
