PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary exposed dose to normal tissues by a method wherein a respiration phase detected in advance is displayed and the phase in the neighborhood of a part where the lesion comes to a standstill is expanded and displayed and the start point and the end point for a period for irradiation of radiation beams are set from the phase in the neighborhood of the part where the displayed lesion comes to a standstill. SOLUTION: Before therapeutic treatment is started, a respiration phase is inputted and is made into an average through an A/D convertor 22 and, after the averaged respiration phase is recorded in a memory 24 as a past respiration phase, this recorded averaged respiration phase is displayed on a displaying part 44. Then, to extract a range of the phase where the lesion comes to a standstill, an inputting part 42 is operated and the neighborhood of the range of the phase where the lesion comes to a standstill is selected by an expanded displaying set value and the neighborhood of the range of a phase where the lesion comes to a standstill is expanded and displayed on an expanded displaying part 44a. Based on the expanded displaying of this respiration phase, a set value for a period when the lesion comes to a standstill is set by using a set part 42, and the start point and the end point of the period are set and the period when the diseased part comes to a standstill is specified to perform irradiation of radiation beams. |
