SUBSTANCE: plant has electrolyzer, DC source with switch of electrode polarity supplying electrolyzer, transmitter of volumetric flow rate of water connected to DC source stabilized across output, system of pipelines supplying and discharging water, collection tank mounted at outlet from system of pipelines, filter for additional chemical and biological treatment of water mounted after system.
