PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-crime case and an unlocking device that is greatly effective to prevent crime by forming a locking attachment so as to move in a seesaw manner, thereby simply enabling three magnets to be brought near the locking attachment at the same time so that the case is unlocked, and by providing an unlocking iron piece or pulling iron piece, thereby forming a closed circuit. SOLUTION: The anti-crime case has a case body including an opening through which a commercial product case containing a signal record software medium is inserted or taken out, and a lower part locking plate that locks the lower front part of the commercial product case. On the top of the case body is a sidewise-movable locking body provided with a top locking plate that locks the top front of the commercial product case. The locking body is provided with a locking attachment that locks in a locking groove formed in the case body. The locking attachment is formed so as to move in a seesaw manner such that by moving the magnets close to the upper front and rear parts of the locking attachment, the leading end of the locking attachment is unlocked from the locking groove.
