PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a well-balanced state with simple constitution when rotating a tool body at high speed. SOLUTION: A plurality of recessed grooves 13, 13 are formed at approximately equal spaces in a circumferential direction at the tip outer periphery of the tool body 10 rotated around an axis O, and tip mounting seats 14, 14 are formed at the plurality of the recessed grooves 13, 13 respectively. A throwaway tip 30 applied to cutting is mounted to one tip mounting seat 14 out of the plurality of tip mounting seats 14, 14, and a dummy tip 40 not applied to cutting is mounted to the remaining tip mounting seat 14.
