A method for producing sesame oil is provided, thereby removing impurities and pathogenic bacteria on the surface of sesame, and reducing the roasting time by removing the skin from sesame prior to roasting and pressing processes, so that quality and nutrition of sesame oil can be improved. The method for producing sesame oil comprises the steps of: selecting and removing stones from sesame by blowing wind to sesame; washing the sesame with water and drying it; removing the skin from sesame in a crop skin removing machine containing a rotation plate, and blowing the removed skin; roasting the skin removed sesame at 200 deg. C; pressing the roasted sesame at 180 to 190 deg. C; and filling sesame oil into a bottle.
