PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe structure capable of making waste water flow along an inner peripheral surface of a pipe by forming a flow of the waste water in a spiral shape, and for example, preventing blocking-up of the pipe by avoiding separation of a solid and liquid of waste water of a disposer that is recently becoming a necessary essential facility for a superhigh rise multiple dwelling house ; and the drain pipe structure capable of generating electric power by using the flow of the waste water. SOLUTION: This drain pipe structure has a blade 11a colliding with the waste water D flowing along the inner peripheral surface of the drain pipes 4 and 10, and a through-hole 15 formed in a central part in the drain pipe 10. A turbine 11 constituted so as to rotate when the waste water D collides with the blade 11a, is arranged in the drain pipes 4 and 10 arranged in the vertical direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
