A sensor strip may comprise: a mesh layer for evenly spreading blood; a reaction layer which is arranged below the mesh layer and has a reagent applied thereon, the reagent consisting of a hydrophilic polymer for evenly spreading the blood, and a surfactant for destroying the red blood cells included in the blood, thereby drawing hemoglobin in the red blood cells to the outside; an upper plate which is arranged on the mesh layer and has a first hole for supplying the blood to the mesh layer; and a lower plate which is arranged below the reaction layer, has a second hole for measuring reflectivity of the reaction layer and is coupled to the upper layer. Therefore, the sensor strip enables uniform spreading of the hemoglobin to the reaction layer.
