A cover of a mobile phone is provided to improve productivity by reducing the number of processes required for manufacturing the cover and to improve price competitiveness by reducing manufacturing costs. A cover of a mobile phone includes a film(220), a printing layer(240), a housing(260), and a pin receiving hole(224). The film(220) forms the exterior appearance, and has a button unit which comes selectively in contacted with a dome switch protruded upward and placed at the lower side to generate elasticity. The printing layer(240) is attached on one surface of the film(220), and shows numbers and characters outside the film(220). The housing(260) is integratedly formed at one surface of the printing layer(240), and supports the film(220) to maintain shape of the film(220). The pin receiving hole(224) is installed at one side of the cover, is perforated at the position corresponding to the film(220), the printing layer(240), and the housing(260), and guides user's voice so as to be transmitted to a microphone.
