PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel combination therapeutic agent which shows a synergistic therapeutic effect to cancer.SOLUTION: The invention provides a combination of N-{3-[3-cyclopropyl-5-(2-fluoro-4-iodo-phenylamino)-6,8-dimethyl-2,4,7-trioxo-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-1-yl] phenyl}acetamide, and N-(1S)-2-amino-1-[(3-fluorophenyl)methyl]ethyl}-5-chloro-4-(4-chloro-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-yl)-2-thiophene carboxamide. The combination reduces side effects and toxic profile, while synergistically enhancing the therapeutic effect to cancer.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
