PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which improves dynamic pressure.SOLUTION: A fluid bearing device has a static member and a rotating member, and a bearing face of the static member and a bearing face of the rotating member oppose to each other via a fine clearance which is filled with fluid. At least either of the bearing faces has a pumping dynamic pressure groove 71 and a plurality of strip wires 81 being arranged at the bottom of the dynamic pressure groove. The dynamic pressure groove and the plurality of strip wires are extended to respective directions having an angle larger than 0° with respect to their peripheral directions. The angle of the strip wires with respect to the peripheral direction is the same or smaller than the angle of the dynamic pressure groove with respect to the peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
