MAGNETIC LOSS MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A magnetic loss material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to effectively measure against unnecessary radiation of an active element and an electronic circuit, and to operate at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: The frequency dispersion of the imaginary part magnetic permeability (μ") of a magnetic loss material has two dispersion D1 and D2 with different dispersed frequency regions. The respective maximum valueμ"max(D1) andμ"max(D2) of the dispersion D2 on the low-frequency side and the dispersion D1 on the high-frequency side have a relationship ofμ"max(D2)>=μ"max(D1). D2 is the dispersion due to magnetic resonance, and D1 is the dispersion due to eddy current or the dispersion due to magnetic resonance. The magnetic loss material is manufactured by using soft magnetic powder that is obtained by performing triturating treatment to amorphous magnetic powder.
