PURPOSE: A system for informing of mail arrival is provided to transmit a short message or a video message for specific situations on mail delivery through a text and video transmission server, thereby preventing mail from being lost as minimizing damage. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) inputs a code, and transmits the code corresponding to mail contents to a text and video transmission server(200). The text and video transmission server(200) comprises as follows. A receiver(10) receives the corresponding code and a portable phone number of a recipient from the terminal(100) of a mail carrier. A code reader(20) reads the code transmitted from the terminal(100), and reads a message corresponding to a code received from a database(30). The database(30) stores many messages corresponding to the code. A transmitter(40) transmits the portable phone number of the recipient received from the terminal(100) with the corresponding message to an SMSS(Short Message Service System)(300) of a mobile communication network. |
