PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting device comprising a mounting head having a plurality of part holding means and mounting a part efficiently without increasing the size or cost of the mounter. SOLUTION: A mechanism 40 for elevating/lowering a mounting head having a plurality of chucking nozzles (part holding means) 7 is driven through one servo motor (drive means). The part is mounted efficiently by providing an elevating/lowering clutch mechanism 28 for controlling the elevating/lowering operation of the chucking nozzle 7 freely in the process for picking up or mounting the part. |
