PURPOSE: A method of making beancurd containing iron, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D is provided, which promotes absorption of the essential inorganic matter and improves nutritional effect. CONSTITUTION: The beancurd product is prepared by the steps of : (i) soaking soybeans in water and pulverizing the soaked beans ; (ii) boiling the pulverized soybean and separating soybean liquid and the residue by a filter ; (iii) adding iron, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D to the separated soybean liquid ; (iv) curdling the soybean liquid by adding brine ; and then (v) compressing the curdled soybean liquid to get a beancurd product containing essential inorganic matter. |
