The system has planks arranged horizontally forming overlapping rows. The media for fixation of rows are constituted by spiral studs provided with head which transverse cross-sectionally from below to above to the planks that conform the first row. The individual nuts are connected to the parts and studded successively the planks that will be superposed on the previous planks, which is reconciled later to studs, on the last plank rows.
