<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell and a moisture content measuring device capable of measuring the moisture content of the fuel cell in condensation generation in a gas flow passage and even in a discharge process of generated water to the outside of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell to carry out power generation by chemically reacting hydrogen and oxygen, an electrolyte membrane, first and second catalyst layers/diffusion layers formed on both faces of the electrolyte membrane, a gas flow passage of the fuel gas formed in the first catalyst layer/diffusion layer, the gas flow passage of an oxidation gas formed in the second catalyst layer/diffusion layer, an insulating member respectively formed on faces which are inner walls of the respective gas flow passages and which do not contact with the first or the second catalyst layer/diffusion layer, a plurality of electrodes which are formed in the insulating member and which measures an electrostatic capacity, and first and second separators are installed which are respectively formed on the first and the second catalyst layers/diffusion layers, and the respective gas flow passages. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
