VIOLATING VEHICLE PHOTOGRAPHING SYSTEM AND VIOLATING VEHICLE PHOTOGRAPHING METHOD

A violating vehicle photographing system comprises a camera which photographs vehicles at a lane of a toll station to generate the images of the vehicles; a violation detection part which generates a violation signal when finding that a vehicle having entered the lane is the violating vehicle violating a predetermined rule downstream of the camera; and a violating vehicle table generation part which generates a violating vehicle table composed of the images of violating vehicles out of the captured images of the vehicles on the basis of the violation signal. This system enables to record the images of the violating vehicles using the images photographed by the camera on the side of the entrance without equipping a camera for photographing the violating vehicles on the side of the exit of the toll station where a space is small. To protect privacy, images other than the violating vehicles out of the captured images of the vehicles are deleted.
