PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a transparent resin layer that is excellent in high transparency from the viewpoint of designability, scratch resistance of a surface, and resistance against post-processability which is not affected by post-processing such as V-groove bending processing.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has at least a transparent resin layer 1 containing 90-100 wt.% of a crystalline polypropylene resin as a main component. A nucleating agent that has been subjected to a nanoparticle-forming treatment is added to the transparent resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
