PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer composite and a production method of the polymer composite capable of imparting good processability to a rubber composition and improving initial grip performance, stability of grip performance and wear resistance in a balanced manner, and to provide a rubber composition and a pneumatic tire using the above polymer composite.SOLUTION: The polymer composite is obtained by mixing a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 3000 or more, synthesized by polymerizing a conjugate diene monomer that is a monomer having a conjugate diene, and a resin-like organic compound having a weight average molecular weight of 250 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
