PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a suspension, a suspension, a suspension with a head, and a hard disk drive, in which reliability of electric connection to a slider terminal part can be maintained even when plane size of a wiring terminal part is reduced.SOLUTION: A substrate for a suspension includes, as a plurality of wiring terminal parts: (A) a wiring terminal part having a first conductor terminal pattern and a second conductor terminal pattern formed thereon, where the first conductor terminal pattern and the second conductor terminal pattern form ends of respective wiring patterns; and (B) a wiring terminal part having a first conductor terminal pattern and a second conductor terminal pattern formed thereon, where the first conductor terminal pattern is an isolated conductor pattern and the second conductor terminal pattern forms an end of a wiring pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
