The device is composed, on the one hand, of a plastic bag comprising on one of its lips an external tab (3) welded at its lateral ends to the edges of the bag and, on the other hand, of a support (5) having two protruding elements at its ends. The bag is closed by pivoting the tab over the opening and then the protrusions of the support are introduced under the tab which, once the bag is closed, forms a pocket, the hook of the support remaining outside the pocket. The bag and support assembly can be suspended by the hook for storage or display. <IMAGE>
