PURPOSE:To automatically produce in an off-line method the NC data necessary for the assembly of a split substrate consisting of plural substrates designed individually based on the CAD output data and regardless of the type of the substrate by applying newly the split substrate constitution data and performing a synthesis processing based on the constitution data. CONSTITUTION:The position coordinates of the original points 1 and 2 of the substrates A and B which are set based on the original point 3 of a split substrate C are registered into a split substrate constitution data file 14 for each of both substrates A and B as an original point correction offset 14c. In regard of the rotary substrate B, the rotational angle theta14d is registered in the file 14. Then the mounting position coordinates (X1, Y1) and (X2, Y2) of the parts 4a and 4b of the coordinate systems of both substrates A and B are transformed into the mounting coordinates (X1', Y1') and (X2', Y2') of the coordinate system of the substrate C in response to the offset 14c and the angle 14d respectively. Thus the design information can be automatically evolved. |
